GardenLife provides residential and commercial garden maintenance, landscaping design and installation, and irrigation services across the Sydney metropolitan area. Specific scope, pricing, and scheduling for any service are confirmed directly with the client prior to work commencing, either via quote, email, or signed agreement.
3. Quotes and Payment
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information supplied and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Payment terms will be agreed with you before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
4. Site Access and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the agreed service, disclosing known hazards (e.g. underground utilities, irrigation lines, unstable structures), and securing pets during visits. GardenLife is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from restricted access or undisclosed site hazards.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee, which will be communicated in advance.
6. Liability
While we take care to deliver our services to a professional standard, GardenLife is not liable for pre-existing damage to plants, structures, or irrigation systems that were not part of the agreed scope of work. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
